Natural Treatments for Thinning Hair

I am looking into collagen and peptides to help with thinning hair. I am thinking of using the Collagen Peptides but I am curious about other natural things that has worked for others. In my case I am talking about young men who began losing hair after a sickness.

This is super helpful, thanks for laying it out so clearly! I’ve been experimenting with DIY glosses myself and I agree that warming the base makes mixing so much easier. I usually play around with jojoba or avocado oil, but lately I’ve been curious about making a hybrid gloss that feels more like a lip oil — something lighter, extra nourishing, and not too sticky. Definitely going to try adding vitamin E next time for that preservative boost.
